I had never done almost anything that was offered on this Soul Rewilding immersion, from the yoga and breathwork, to really any type of counseling or opening up in a group setting, so I was hesitant to say the least… Everything about the entire week met and even exceeded my expectations, (and I will add that they were pretty high, as I came in very open to whatever could be possible). I surrendered all of my trust to Jonathan and sank into it. And I am blown away with how much calmness he helped me find within myself, and the tools I learned from him to help access it. I can't remember the last time I felt as truly at ease, as I did after our week in Kauai… Until this retreat, I would get completely overcome with anxiety and even panic attacks speaking in front of a group. It was very noticeable to me (even while I was actually speaking) how comfortable I was talking in our group councils. I was even able to listen to my brothers share their stories and experiences, instead of being wrapped up in my own thoughts trying to prepare what to say, or calm myself down afterwards… I also found an extraordinary shift in my ability to free myself from my own self-judgment. Jonathan helped me find a peace within myself that has been life-changing. I feel lighter, and in turn just have an overall very joyous-feeling foundation. Instead of what was commonly angst, now joy has been my baseline.

I almost didn’t sign up… the obstacle was my own ego making excuses not to commit to my healing journey. Coming out of Soul Rewilding, I found complete freedom and joy–I learned so much in just a short week about living wild and the amazing connection with other brothers, the power of our vulnerability & maintaining that deep connection with this big beautiful Earth… You can really feel Jonathan’s deep passion for everything he introduced, the way he went into specific details & his overall goal for sharing all these healing techniques in connecting to Self. I felt so safe and comfortable the whole time, start to finish… such a life changing experience, that I will cherish deeply.
