Greetings and welcome! I’m Jonathan
Since 2020, I have been facilitating yoga and shamanic retreats in Peru, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, as well as Hawaii and Colorado in the United States. I approach retreats as more than just a vacation for my participants, but an opportunity to shift ordinary consciousness to a frequency of gratitude, abundance, and celebration.
Of course, sometimes it is necessary to move through the challenges and blockages standing in the way of these higher vibrational states—with this in mind I have developed the tools and skills to meet individuals and groups with compassion wherever they are in their journey.
My retreat superpower is creating a strong “group field,” giving participants permission to drop in to their heart-space, to be vulnerable, and to feel a sense of safety and community. I am available for co-facilitation, retreat design, and retreat marketing.

Facilitation
Below you will find an “a la carte” menu of my offerings and prices. Please keep in mind my minimum for domestic (United States) retreats is $800 plus travel* + lodging for each day of facilitation**
My minimum for international retreats is $1600 plus travel* + lodging for each day of facilitation**
*Travel includes RT airfare (economy) from Denver, CO, plus ground transportation to the retreat facility, and is billed at cost
**Lodging at retreat center, or within 1-mile walking to main retreat space, billed at cost or covered by retreat budget
Cacao Ceremony

Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony

Sacred Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony, a potent body-mind medicine. 2 hours.
Somatic Release Breathwork Ceremony •• $40pp ••
Journey designed to your retreat theme, intention-setting, integration circle. 90-minutes.
Guided Meditation

Guided meditation or Nature-based mindfulness session. 30-minutes.
Plant Medicine Ceremony

Hatha-Vinyasa or Totem Yoga

Guided asana practice, hatha-vinyasa or vinyasa or Totem “Spirit Animal” Yoga. 60-75 minutes.
Other Offerings
Soulcentric Dreamwork •• $88pp
Includes intro + practices, group facilitation and “working” of two dreams, and guided partner work. 4-6 hours (multi-day)
Deep Imagery Journey •• $30pp
Inward journey to uncover elemental powers or meet spirit animals.
Group Hypnosis •• $40pp
Journey into the subconscious to remove blockages, or meet ancestors, spirit guides, inner child, or future self. 60-minutes.
Rapéh Ceremony
Includes intention-setting, medicine, tepi application & sanitation between each participant. 30-minute intro, plus 5-minutes per person
